All smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, audio gear, and accessories sold at Rajasthan Telecom are 100% genuine and sourced directly through authorized brand channels:

• Original Products: Devices are sold in factory-sealed condition unless explicitly specified as open-box or demo units.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Brand-new devices carry standard official manufacturer warranties (e.g., Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Vivo, Xiaomi). Warranty claims are handled by official brand service centers as per brand guidelines.
• Proof of Purchase: Retain your tax invoice provided at purchase as proof for warranty claims.

Our certified technician team provides screen replacements, battery services, and hardware fixes subject to the following terms:

• Customer Data Backup: Customers are solely responsible for backing up personal data prior to repair. Rajasthan Telecom is not liable for data loss during repair operations.
• Pre-existing Damage: Devices with prior liquid damage or uncertified third-party repairs will be inspected, and any pre-existing faults noted on the job sheet.
• Repair Warranty: Replacement parts installed by our technicians carry up to 90 days service warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding accidental drop or liquid damage after repair).

We offer trade-in valuations for old devices towards the purchase of new smartphones:

• Ownership Verification: Customers must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License) when trading in any old device.
• Valuation: Final trade-in value is determined after physical inspection of screen condition, battery health, camera, body condition, and original accessories/box.
• Device Reset: Customers must sign out of iCloud/Google/Mi accounts and factory reset the device before handover.

We aim to provide transparent and competitive pricing across all products:

• Prices displayed include applicable GST unless otherwise specified.
• We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Zero-cost EMI and finance schemes (Bajaj Finserv, HDB, TVS Credit, Card EMI) are subject to customer eligibility and bank/partner approval.

In case of technical defects upon opening a new device:

• Dead on Arrival (DOA): If a newly purchased device has a hardware defect within the brand's DOA window (usually 7 days), it will be inspected by the official service center for an authorized replacement approval.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened accessories, protective glasses, and customized items cannot be returned unless found defective upon purchase.

All brand names, logos, product images, and trademarks (e.g. Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Vivo) belong to their respective corporate owners and are used on our website solely for product identification and authorized reseller representation.
