These terms govern all inquiries, retail transactions, repair jobs, device exchanges, and financing applications conducted with our business.

All financing schemes, zero downpayment programs, and promotional banners featured on our website or marketing campaigns are subject to strict terms:

• Financing partners include registered non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and banks such as Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, and TVS Credit.
• Customer eligibility, credit limits, required downpayment, interest subvention, and processing fees are determined solely by the financial institution.
• Customers must present valid original KYC documents (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and active bank account details) at our store counter for verification.

All brand-new smartphones, MacBooks, tablets, and smart TVs sold at Rajasthan Telecom are 100% genuine and packaged in factory-sealed boxes with official Indian retail invoices.

• Standard official manufacturer warranties (e.g. Apple India, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo) apply to all seal-packed devices.
• In the event of hardware or software defects, authorized brand service centers in Jaipur process warranty claims according to brand guidelines.
• Keep your tax invoice secure for warranty registration and official service center visits.

We offer spot trade-in exchange bonuses on pre-owned smartphones and laptops towards the purchase of a new device:

• All online valuations and WhatsApp quotes are indicative and subject to in-person physical inspection at our store counter.
• The final exchange value depends on screen condition, battery health, touch responsiveness, camera lenses, and physical cosmetic condition.
• Customers must provide valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar or Driving License) and sign a transfer declaration confirming lawful ownership.
• Customers must remove all personal accounts (iCloud, Google, Mi Account) and perform a complete factory reset before handover.

Our certified technicians provide same-day screen replacements, battery swaps, and hardware diagnostics:

• Customers are strongly advised to back up all personal data before handing devices over for service. Rajasthan Telecom is not liable for data loss during repair procedures.
• Replacement parts installed by our team are tested thoroughly on-bench and carry testing warranty support against manufacturing defects (excluding post-repair accidental drops or liquid exposure).
